As many of you know, as of September 30, 2014, Terry E. Smith will retire as a Chapter 13 Standing Trustee in the Tampa Division. Kelly Remick has been selected as the new Chapter 13 Standing Trustee to handle all cases currently assigned to Terry E. Smith as Trustee effective October 1, 2014.
Although Terry E. Smith, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee will be sending a letter to the Debtors in those cases in which he currently serves as Trustee, we wanted to make you aware of this change and some of the corresponding changes regarding payments in the event you receive calls or questions from Debtors.
Effective October 1, 2014, Chapter 13 plan payments for cases wherein Terry E. Smith was previously serving as the Chapter 13 Trustee will need to be remitted to:

If a Debtor makes payments via employer wage deduction, the Debtor will need to immediately notify their employer of this change.
If a Debtor make payments via ACH auto debit, the Debtor will need to complete and return a new Auto
Debit Authorization Form (together with a voided check) as soon as possible to: Kelly Remick, Chapter
13 Standing Trustee, P.O. Box 6099, Sun City Center, FL 33571-6099. The Trustee’s office will not debit any payments after November 1, 2014, until and unless a new completed Auto Debit Authorization Form is received. A separate mailing is being sent to Debtors currently making payments via auto debit explaining the need for a new authorization form and including one for them to complete and return. Additional Auto Debit Authorization Forms are available on the Trustee’s website at www.ch13tampa.com.
If a Debtor makes payments via ePay the system will automatically provide for the new payee.
The correspondence address for Kelly Remick, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee will be the same as it has been for Terry E. Smith, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee: P. O. Box 6099, Sun City Center, FL 33571.
Effective October 1, 2014, counsel will want to make any necessary changes to appropriate forms and pleadings (including certificates of service in pleadings) they have in their office to provide for the re- assignment of cases from Terry E. Smith, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee to Kelly Remick, Chapter 13
Standing Trustee.

THOSE CASES IN WHICH JON M. WAAGE SERVES AS THE CHAPTER 13 STANDING TRUSTEE.
